So for my wonderful introductory post, I'll be reflecting on three other blogs that I think would be beneficial for future classroom experience.
Miss Monica Burns’ The Class Tech Tips blog is extraordinarily useful for teachers of all concentrations that would like to integrate technology into their everyday classroom style. As a fellow teacher, she lists various apps and programs that she has tampered with as well as the links, brief descriptions, and coupons if applicable.
Mister Sye is currently an ELA seventh grade teacher that blogs about his teaching curriculum as well as the simple happenings in his classroom. In his Language Arts Blog, he uploads his lesson plans and allows others to download them as well as makes suggestions on activities that can create a more intimate bonding experience for teacher-student relationships. I really love how in-depth his lessons are and how creative they can be, sometimes stepping outside of the old sit and learn box. I also love that he uses DonorsChoose.org to try gain resources for his students to better their education.
Miss Anna Small’s blog, Teaching English Language Arts, is an ELA teacher’s dream come true, listing possible curriculums, alternative methods for grading, and media links that tie into ELA subjects just to name a few. She lists plenty of resources to cover Middle School Education and beyond and uses creative videos, pictures, and in-depth lesson plans to help the seasoned teacher to the fresh out of college teacher.
